Teams that know why they serve.

Service is an emotion.

Practical programmes delivered in the room where the work happens, not from a slideshow. Built for hospitality teams in Costa Rica, in Spanish, by someone who has run the departments being taught.

What it includes.

Leadership

For supervisors and shift leads: how a standard survives a bad night, and how to lead people who are already tired.

Service, food and beverage

Operating protocols and a service culture, focused on the moments a guest actually remembers.

Reservations

A pilot programme built with a Costa Rican luxury resort: capturing the booking and shaping the stay before arrival.

Delivered in person

Facilitated on site with presentations, video and materials the team keeps.

Good House Certified

A certificate on completion, so the team has something to hold and you have a record of who is trained.

Who it is for.

Hotel teams

Managers, team leads and operating staff who need training that changes what happens on the floor.

You want practical training that shows up in the operation.

Owners whose team is the gap

The property is right and the service is not. Usually that is not attitude, it is that nobody ever taught the standard.

You want the standard taught once, properly, and kept.

How it starts.

  1. A conversation

Who the team is, and what you need them to do differently.

  2. We watch a shift

Training built on what your team actually does, not on a generic curriculum.

  3. A programme and a date

Which modules, how many sessions, and when we are in the room.

Is the training in Spanish or English?
The training is delivered in Spanish, because that is the language your team works in. Materials and reporting are available in both.
Does the team get a certificate?
Yes. Team members who complete a programme receive Good House Certified recognition.
