Do you manage properties in Caribbean?
Yes. We work across Puerto Viejo, Cahuita and Manzanillo in Caribbean, and take on new properties there.
What does property management cost in Caribbean?
It depends on the size of the property, the services it needs and how much of the team is already in place. We agree it before we start, in writing, with no percentage taken on supplier invoices.
Do you work with owners who do not live in Costa Rica?
Most of the owners we work for are not resident. That is the reason the reporting is monthly and honest, and why there is one person who answers rather than a rota.
